REFUND POLICY

Manufacturer/Workmanship Defects Returns


Please contact Lollypop Kids directly prior to making a return to receive a Return Authorization. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.


General Returns

Please contact Lollypop Kids prior to making a return to receive a Return Authorization. We will gladly accept returns on any unopened, unwashed and unused items. General returns (those not of a defect in manufacturing and/or workmanship) must be made within 21 days of receipt of purchase. All costs incurred with shipping the item(s) back to Lollypop Kids will be the customer's responsibility. We kindly suggest that you ship the item(s) back with tracking information to ensure it is received by us without delay. After 21 days all sales are final with no returns, exchanges or shop credit allocated.

If your order qualified for free shipping and the return of the item(s) change your original order total to below the minimum price point for free shipping we will deduct the flat rate shipping charges ($10.00) from the sum of the price of the returned item(s).

Shipping fees paid at the time of order submission are not applicable for a refund.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This covers our gas, time, packaging materials, etc. This restocking fee may be waived at the absolute and sole discretion of Lollypop Kids.

If your order is returned to us due to an error in the shipping address you have inputted into our database the sum of $20.00 must be remitted to Lollypop Kids prior to your package being reshipped. This fee covers the original shipping cost and subsequent shipping cost. This fee is payable whether or not the the original order qualified for free shipping.

We will not accept returns on consumable products or skin products, including but not limited to creams, salves, sprays and soaps.

We will not accept returns on sale items, items marked "clearance" or special order items.

Any and all baby carriers of any style are not returnable unless there has been a manufacturer/workmanship defect to the item.

We will not accept the return of any item that has pet hair or smells of smoke or conveys any odor of any kind or shows any sign of use and/or wear.

In the event Lollypop Kids marks an item on "sale" or "clearance" within 14 days of the purchase of the exact same item (brand/style/colour etc), you may contact us at contact@lollypopkids.ca to inquire about and request to receive the price difference in shop credit. Only shop credit will be offered in this circumstance, no partial refunds will be provided. It is the responsibility of the customer to initiate this communication.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@lollypopkids.ca and send your item to: PO Box 80036 Appleby RPO, Burlington, Ontario, Canada, L7L 6B1.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Lollypop Kids shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Lollypop Kids shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your PayPal account charged. If your PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lollypop Kids will issue a refund to your PayPal account in the amount of the incorrect price.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
